We want you to feel like magic in your Selkie pieces, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging to maintain their whimsical quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your garments and place them back in their original Selkie bags with all hangtags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
